Refund policy

Nest takes great pride in the selection of merchandise we choose to sell, and we believe that we can work together with our customers to ensure every purchase is a positive experience. Our merchandise is carefully inspected before it leaves our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below. In-Store Purchases:

We offer merchandise on approval, swatches, in-store design help, fitting rooms, etc. to help you make the best choices possible and limit returns, which are very expensive and non-sustainable for small businesses dedicated to fair pricing and our level of customer service.

Any (non-sale) item can be returned for a full credit as long as we receive the item back at Nest, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with a receipt, no later than 14 days from the purchase date. Sale items are non-returnable. 

We will inspect the return and issue a store credit to be used toward any Nest purchase with no time limit.

 

Online Purchases:

Any (non-sale, non-seasonal) item purchased through our website can be returned for a full credit as long as we receive the item back at Nest, unused, in its original condition and packaging, no later than 14 days from the date the order was placed. Sale items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. For a merchandise return, please follow this procedure:

Package your return in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your invoice (invoice was in the box with your item) and send to:

We will inspect the return and issue a credit.

Returned online purchases are reimbursed as they were paid. For example, credits are made to the same credit card that the initial order was processed under. If your return was a gift, or you do not have your receipt, you will receive a Nest Gift Card to be used as store credit via phone, or at our retail location in Kohler, Wisconsin.

Be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 14-day window. We will not refund any merchandise received more than 14 days from date of purchase.

Holiday Merchandise:

Because merchandise purchased specifically for holidays is time sensitive, we can take returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of purchase. We cannot accept returns of holiday specific merchandise after the associated holiday has passed. Please see procedure above for details on where to send.

Special Orders:

Special order merchandise is placed and custom orders are made upon order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders and custom orders taken in-store require a 50% deposit. Online special orders have a 50% cancellation fee if the order is cancelled.
